Refund Policy

This policy covers paid subscriptions to Akawntant and Arkitekto. Both apps offer a free tier, so you can try the core experience before paying anything.
Subscriptions and renewal
- Paid plans are billed per app (monthly, six-month, or yearly, depending on the app's offering).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price changes, it applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account settings inside the app. After cancelling, you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
- First purchase: if you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Renewals: if a subscription renews and you did not intend to keep it, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.
- Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full — contact us with the transaction reference from your receipt.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, they are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email the support team of the app you subscribed to, from the email address on your account, with the approximate date of the charge:

We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Philippine Consumer Act (RA 7394).
